Ok, my New Year's resolution is to BLOG MORE. I don't write enough ;_; there's so much I want to say all the time and I don't, so these journals are for it!

( Christmas, New Year's, and an awful road trip )

So yeah, how as everyone else's new years?

OMFG you have no idea how excited I am! *dances* This is going to be my first Christmas with our little dysfunctional furry family here. It's been snowing for a few weeks now and it makes me so happy! I'm so excited, we bought new Christmas lights, and we're going to put them and the tree up tomorrow. I'm looking up all my grandmother's old baking recipes and I have learned that Christmas requires a LOT of icing sugar and butter XD I've even made a Christmas station for Pandora, and I was delighted to see they had Burl Ives' Christmas albums, because he is my FAVOURITE carol singer. :3

Lol, you all were probably thinking I'd never update this again... well, I'm going to give regular updates another try. I was gone, first to Dayton on training with Jay, then we were moving, then there was MFF... but I'm back now =^_^=

Ohh, and Jay got me this fancy jewelry from this neat site... it has super high quality jewelry, very pretty, and very low prices (like, silly low), but the catch is--they only show six pieces at a time, and only for 15 minutes at a time--then they're gone forever! He got me a beautiful garnet and silver ring that looks like a rosebud, and a pair of garnet and silver earrings, and a pretty silver pendant set with two garnets on a silver box chain. I'm going to wear them all together at his company's Christmas party--and I get a new dress too! We're going to Hope Mission Gospel (thrift store) today, hopefully, to go pick one out. *wiggle happily*

I hope the Christmas season is going wonderfully for everyone else too!
